..anyways where was I?
Bell_tower_beyond_the_horizon
Oh yeah vigan– so many trivias about that place… do you know that there are underground tunnels in that place… that 2nd floor of houses are juttued out a bit so that the illustrados would not see the alipins (servants) walking about outside and they remain hidden under the house. Also men servants are not allowed to go up the house… sons and daughters of the rich sleep with their yayas in the living room and the extra rooms are guestrooms which are off limits to the sons and daughters.

cool huh? anyways vigan rocked in terms of heritage, good food, god company and ghostly enocunters! hehehe luv it!

On our way to Pagudpud we had to take a bus going to Laog first and by chance we got to ride with an old man who seemed so intent on looking at the world pass him buy through the window… priceless….

He was accompanied by an old lady who was sitting behind him, which was also quite interesting to see them talk sitting perpendicular to each other :D

Agua_grande_mist2
In pagudpud it was very interesting that the mountains arent really that high up but the mists were very thick you can barely see anything. The mists, mountain and the water flowing looked so peaceful… a mother’s blood flowing to give life to the river.

Patapatviaduct

Not far from where we stayed in was patapat viaduct– well its around 35-45 minutes away! hehehe but it felt near coz we enjoyed the trike ride (pee early coz there is no decent rest rooms anywhere)… anyways the waves crashing the rocks below was really nice, specially the contrast of earth, water, mists and life (trees)… so exquisite you want to squeeze the life out of the place with every picture you take…

Bare_mt_top_sea_and_lovers
this is a scene when we woke up the following morning (in front of terra rikka beach and dive hotel) near apo idon—- anyways… the waiter told us that the sand we see now is not suppose to be there… nag karoon lang nnag sand kasi after the bagyo nakarating yun tubig hanggang halos sa mga kwarto— nun nag subside yun water, naiwan na ang sand. Natabunan yun rocks :D

Roar

love the rock formations! saya di ba… to be continued uli ah antok na ako eh — next more pics pa!!!

1lava2 In the air we were really excited coz it was the first time we flew to the northern part of the Philippines— we always flew to the south—- this was a huge change. Anyways from the air, we saw the lava path or the lahar coming from the mt. pinatubo eruption :D

2_loag_sinking_bell_tower Check this out—-> the Laog Sinking bell tower— sabi nila sa LEGEND… nun una panahon daw kaya mo pumasok miski nasa horse yun person… ngayon you have to bend low just to get through the 4 feet hole… :D astig noh?

Anyways sinundo kami ni domeng- tauhan nina dad sa office nad he brought us to the bus station to Vigan. (stopped in mcdo for a take out) hehehehe…

3_bus_station_vigan3 Here we are at the vigan Station (2 hours away and 125php poorer by the time we got to vigan..) we then we hopped into a 40php trike going to grandpa’s inn which was one of the first hotels in vigan ever… well– maybe oldest compared to others…

4grandpas_inn8

Here we are: Grandpa’s inn personally recommended to us!

Cool eh? So we checked in and we stayed at the ground floor (where we can hear ever creaking step from the people on top of us— and the sound of calesas and trikes asa labas naman sigh***)

5vigan_bell_towerme First stop was the sinking tower in Batac— basta a lil outside lang nang vigan (where we took the calesa) actually we went first to the museum but im kinda busy so ill just pose the parts that i luved hehehehe…

Ate_and_the_bell_tower_ghost Check out the picture of my ate cresil sa loob nun bell tower— grabe naku— there was a white figure in front of her that was shaped like a man’s head and was definately NOT a light refraction of some kind…. sa sobra takot ko i asked ate to hurry out and i was flying down the stairs after her hehehehe….

i’ll stop with the picture from top of the tower coz im so sleepy heheheh….
